The website is provided to us by The Chemassist. By using it, you agree to these terms.

This website is not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 999. If you are unwell and need advice, call NHS 24 on 111.

We read requests sent through this website during our opening hours.

• Please give accurate and complete information. Our pharmacist uses it to decide whether a service is suitable for you.
• Sending a request does not guarantee that you will receive a medicine or service. Our pharmacist decides what is clinically appropriate, and may need to speak to you or refer you elsewhere.
• Use the website only for yourself, or for someone you are allowed to act for — such as your child, or a person you care for with their agreement.

When you order a repeat prescription through this website, we pass your request to your GP practice. Your GP practice decides whether to issue it, so please order in good time before you run out.

Appointment times and queue waiting times are our best estimate and may change. If you cannot come, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. If we need to rearrange your appointment, we will contact you.

This website does not take payments. Prices shown for private services are set by the pharmacy.

The health information on this website is general. It is not a substitute for advice about your own situation from a pharmacist, GP or other health professional.

Please do not misuse the website — for example by giving false information, making a request for someone without their permission, or trying to break or get around its security.

We aim to keep the website available, but we cannot promise that it always will be. We may change or suspend it, for example for maintenance.
